This is an easy low calorie smoothie recipe. It’s actually a mix between a smoothie and a milkshake. I got the idea for from the Slim Calm Sexy Diet book.
Low Calorie Strawberry Mango Recipe
1/2 of a Mango (I included the skin of the mango, but if you want a smooth drink, you can peel it first)
1/8 cup of freeze dried strawberries
1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 cup crushed ice
a dash of cinnamon for flavor
Put everything in your blender and mix until everything is smooth. I blend the mango, ice, and strawberries first. Then I add the milk and cinnamon.
Drink and enjoy.
